Role Responsibilities

• Provide legal advice to employer clients on various workplace matters including workplace conflicts and employee relations
• Handle issues related to restructuring, redundancy, and TUPE transfers
• Draft and review employment contracts, policies, and other workplace documentation
• Manage and represent clients in Employment Tribunal proceedings
• Deliver client training sessions and legal updates

Candidate Profile

• Qualified solicitor in Scottish employment law
• Proven experience in handling both contentious and non-contentious employment matters
• Demonstrated ability advising employer clients
• Strong communication skills with proficiency in client relationship management
• Commercially minded with a practical and pragmatic approach to legal issues
