About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Employment Solicitor to join a dynamic and expanding commercial law firm that operates fully remotely. The firm serves a diverse range of business clients, delivering tailored, practical employment law advice designed to meet the needs of contemporary organizations.

Responsibilities

• Manage a wide variety of contentious and non-contentious employment law issues.
• Provide guidance to employer clients on disciplinary procedures, grievances, and dismissals.
• Assist clients with employment contracts, policies, and other workplace documentation.
• Prepare settlement agreements and offer counsel on employment disputes.
• Advise businesses on compliance with employment regulations and risk management.
• Develop and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with business clients.

Candidate Profile

• Qualified Employment Solicitor with at least three years post-qualification experience (PQE).
• Proven ability to manage an independent caseload with strong technical expertise.
• Excellent communication skills and client relationship management.
• Commercially minded, pragmatic approach to legal advice.
• Comfortable and effective in a fully remote working environment.
• Self-motivated with a keen interest in contributing to a growing team.
