Key Responsibilities
- Assist participants with disabilities to prepare, find, and maintain meaningful and lasting employment.
- Enhance participant confidence by identifying strengths and helping overcome challenges.
- Develop creative solutions to employment barriers ensuring participants have necessary support for success.
- Advocate for inclusive hiring and workplace accommodations.
- Celebrate achievements and milestones of participants, no matter how big or small.
- Build enduring relationships with companies supportive of diversity and inclusion.
