Key Responsibilities

• Support participants of Workforce Australia to prepare for, secure, and sustain meaningful employment.
• Empower individuals by helping them recognize their strengths, overcome barriers, and confidently undertake new roles.
• Design creative strategies to resolve employment challenges, ensuring participants have the necessary resources and support.
• Advocate for inclusive hiring practices and facilitate workplace adjustments when needed.
• Celebrate every placement success, whether large or small, fostering motivation and achievement.
• Establish and maintain partnerships with employers who value diversity and inclusion, promoting opportunities for all.

Eligibility and Other Requirements

• Must have the right to work in Australia.
• Possession of a current driver’s license and comprehensive vehicle insurance.
• MyGovID at Standard level.
• Willingness to undergo a National Police Check and pass a Working with Children Check.
• Availability to work full-time Monday through Friday from 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM.
