Join our team as an Employment Consultant in Flemington, Victoria, where you'll play a key role in the Workforce Australia Program helping individuals find meaningful employment. Key Responsibilities

• Identify and match jobseekers with suitable employers, ensuring alignment between participants' skills and employer needs.
• Empower participants by boosting their confidence, helping them recognize strengths and overcome barriers to employment.
• Develop innovative, tailored solutions to address employment challenges, guaranteeing participants receive appropriate tools and support.
• Celebrate every placement success, recognizing the impact on individual lives.
• Build and nurture partnerships with companies committed to diversity and inclusion, expanding opportunities for all candidates.
