About the Role

Join our Northern Adelaide team as an Employment Consultant within the Inclusive Employment Australia Program. Based at our Salisbury site with convenient access and on-site parking, this full-time position blends supportive participant engagement, employer relationship management, sales, and administrative responsibilities to drive meaningful employment outcomes.

Core Responsibilities

• Assist participants including those with disabilities, injuries, or long-term unemployment to prepare for employment.
• Market candidates to local employers and develop new job opportunities.
• Build and maintain sustainable employment pathways through strong business relationships.
• Advocate and support participants to secure and sustain long-term placements.
• Conduct employer visits, cold calling, and business development to grow the employer network.
• Manage documentation, compliance, and participant progress tracking.
• Promote the benefits of inclusive recruitment and negotiate job trials, work experiences, and wage subsidies.
• Meet key performance indicators related to placements and engagement levels.

• Consistent achievement of KPIs and employment targets.
• Expanding and engaged employer network.

• Confident communicator and skilled in relationship building.
• Experience in sales, recruitment, business development, or client-facing roles.
• Passion for supporting people facing barriers to employment.
• Motivated, resilient, target-focused, and well-organized.
• Capable of managing multiple priorities effectively.

Application Requirements

• Eligibility to work in Australia is mandatory.
• Valid driver's license and comprehensive vehicle insurance.
• Possession of a MyGovID at Standard level.
• Willingness to undergo National Police Check and Working with Children Check.
• Available to work full-time, Monday to Friday, 8:30am to 5:00pm.
