About the Role
Join APM Employment Services as an Employment Consultant at our Castlemaine, VIC location, contributing to the Workforce Australia Program. In this key position, you will empower individuals to find meaningful employment opportunities that could transform their lives.

- Assist workforce participants in preparing for, securing, and maintaining sustainable employment aligned with their strengths.
- Empower participants by boosting confidence and helping them overcome personal and employment-related challenges.
- Develop innovative solutions to address obstacles in employment and provide comprehensive support and tools for participant success.
- Advocate for inclusive hiring practices and necessary workplace accommodations.
- Celebrate employment milestones, acknowledging participants’ achievements throughout their journey.
- Build enduring partnerships with businesses committed to diversity and inclusion, ensuring opportunities for all.

Candidate Requirements and Eligibility
- Must have eligibility to work in Australia.
- Hold a current driver’s licence and have a comprehensively insured vehicle.
- Possess a Standard level MyGovID.
- Prepared to undergo a National Police Check.
- Capable of passing a Working With Children Check.
- Available to work full-time Monday through Friday, from 8:30 am to 5:00 pm.
