Key Responsibilities

• Assist participants in the Workforce Australia program to prepare for, secure, and sustain employment.
• Help participants build confidence by identifying strengths, addressing obstacles, and encouraging engagement in new roles.
• Devise creative strategies to overcome employment barriers, ensuring participants receive necessary tools and support.
• Serve as an advocate for inclusive hiring and reasonable workplace adjustments.
• Celebrate every achievement, both large and small, as participants reach employment milestones.
• Develop and maintain partnerships with organizations embracing diversity and inclusion values.

Requirements

• Right to work in Australia.
• Possession of a current driver’s license and comprehensively insured vehicle.
• Ability to obtain a MyGovID at the Standard level.
• Willingness to undergo a National Police Check.
• Capacity to pass a Working with Children Check.
• Availability to work full-time on weekdays from 8:30 am to 5:00 pm.
