Role Overview
As an Employment Coach based at our Ulverstone office, you will empower participants to secure sustainable employment by offering personalized coaching, job placement, and continuous support tailored to their needs and goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide bespoke guidance, coaching, and job placement services to assigned clients.
- Identify and create new employment opportunities with local employers that suit participant aspirations.
- Understand and respond to the distinct employment requirements of each client.
- Partner with employers to connect talent with appropriate job prospects.
Candidate Profile
Ideal candidates have experience in similar employment services roles, or in customer service, sales, recruitment, or contact center environments. Strong communication skills, interpersonal adaptability, keen attention to detail, and proficiency in IT and administrative tasks are essential.
Mandatory prerequisites include a valid Police Check and Working with Children Check before employment starts, and the ability to establish a myGovID for accessing relevant government data.
