Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and execute employer branding and talent attraction campaigns that align with EY’s global brand strategy using digital, social media, events, and marketing channels.
  • Develop and highlight engaging content and employee narratives to boost EY’s employer brand and support recruitment efforts.
  • Manage and grow EY Careers' social media presence in Australia and New Zealand, leveraging analytics and market insights to drive candidate engagement.
  • Collaborate with recruiters, stakeholders, and external agencies to implement branding initiatives while advising on branding standards, social media, and employee advocacy.
  • Serve as guardian of the employer brand, ensuring all content aligns with EY’s branding, compliance, and risk standards.

Qualifications and Skills

  • Strong organisation and time management skills with the ability to juggle multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills tailored for various audiences, including social media platforms.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills to build productive relationships with diverse teams and stakeholders.
  • Creative thinker with problem-solving ability and adaptability to evolving business needs.
  • Good knowledge of digital platforms and a flair for innovative and creative campaigns across communication channels.
  • Preferred experience: 2-3+ years in employer branding, talent attraction marketing, brand marketing or related fields.
  • Experience in professional services or marketing/advertising agencies is advantageous.
  • Familiarity with brand visual identity and core marketing principles.
  • Ability to operate independently with a strong team-oriented mindset.

Additional Information

This role is a 12-month parental leave cover position that can be based at EY offices anywhere in Australia or New Zealand. Flexibility in work hours and potential reduced hours arrangements are possible.
