About the Role
Join Google Cloud as an EMEA Sales Planning Analyst to facilitate the development and delivery of the go-to-market strategy across the EMEA region. This role focuses on supporting sales leadership by providing accurate and actionable insights into sales planning, utilizing internal systems and data.
Key Responsibilities
- Execute essential operational activities tied to the EMEA GTM strategy, including account data analysis, territory updates, and quota management.
- Coordinate with Regional Sales Operations to ensure consistency and resolve data mismatches during the planning cycles.
- Document and promote best practices to harmonize sales planning procedures throughout EMEA.
- Serve as the expert on internal tools, data pipelines, systems, policies, and processes.
- Engage with multiple cross-functional teams to drive alignment and execution.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or an equivalent blend of education and practical experience.
- At least four years in sales operations, business planning, data analysis, or related commercial strategy roles.
- Minimum two years of experience managing programs.
- Proficiency with SQL or comparable data querying languages for extracting insights.
- Familiarity with sales planning technologies and datasets.
- Preferred experience with Anaplan and Salesforce platforms.
- Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills at executive levels.
- Understanding of the EMEA Public Cloud market and macroeconomic conditions.
- Knowledge of Google Cloud products.
- Ability to adapt to change and manage multiple deadlines effectively.
- Excellent analytical capabilities to distill complex data into concise summaries.
Additional Information
Applicants can indicate their preferred location between Dublin, Ireland and Warsaw, Poland. Compensation includes a salary range for Ireland (€94,000 to €96,000) or Poland (zł232,000 to zł237,000), augmented by a 15% performance bonus target, equity, and benefits.
