Job description
About the Company
Workvivo, an AI-driven employee experience platform acquired by Zoom in 2023, enhances workplace connectivity, engagement, and communication by combining SaaS agility with innovative global technology.
Role Overview
The EMEA Field Marketing Manager is responsible for leading regional marketing initiatives across Europe, the Middle East, and Africa. This includes implementing a tiered account-based marketing (ABM) strategy targeting key accounts, developing regional field marketing calendars, and partnering closely with sales teams to fuel pipeline growth and drive measurable success. The role operates primarily in a hybrid setup based in Ireland.
Team Environment
You will be part of the Global Field & Strategic Events team under the Growth & Demand Generation division. The primary audience comprises enterprise leaders such as CHROs, CIOs, and Internal Communications heads, emphasizing an account-based marketing operational approach.
Primary Responsibilities
- Implement the EMEA field marketing strategy utilizing a tiered ABM method, including personalized 1:1 marketing for strategic accounts, selective 1:few tactics for account groups, and broader 1:many engagement for segments.
- Create and manage the regional field marketing calendar in cooperation with Sales and Sales Development Representatives (SDR), tailoring activities according to account tier, concentration, and current deal stages.
- Own and achieve pipeline targets in the EMEA region by generating and accelerating opportunities across all tiers, ensuring alignment with other demand channels' standards.
- Contribute to planning and executing global flagship events like Workvivo Engage as part of ABX initiatives in the region.
- Manage the regional field and events budget with a focus on pipeline efficiency rather than event attendance or volume metrics.
- Develop and maintain seamless coordination processes between Sales Development and Sales teams to ensure timely, synchronized follow-up on accounts based on engagement level. Partner with Revenue Operations to optimize lead attribution and routing throughout all tiers.
- Apply and help refine field and event playbooks and procedures established by the Global Lead of Field and Strategic Events.
- Present EMEA field and events performance data regionally and globally, prioritizing pipeline contributions.
Required Qualifications and Experience
- Minimum of five years' experience in field marketing, ABM, or integrated marketing, preferably within SaaS or enterprise technology sectors.
- Demonstrated practical application of a tiered ABM approach covering one-to-one, one-to-few, and one-to-many strategies beyond theoretical knowledge.
- Proven ability to optimize pipeline efficiency focused on cost-effectiveness and measurable outcomes rather than event scale or brand awareness.
- Experience managing budgets for regional field marketing and reporting pipeline impact accurately to senior stakeholders.
- Established collaboration skills working cross-functionally with Sales, Sales Development, and Demand Generation teams to reach collective goals.
- Strong background in SaaS or B2B technology, with knowledge or experience in HR technology or employee experience fields.
- Capability to communicate performance metrics and marketing strategies effectively to senior leadership.
- Residence within the EMEA region and willingness to travel regionally when needed.
Compensation and Working Conditions
The annual salary range is from €71,500 to €125,100. The role follows a structured hybrid working model balancing office presence and remote work.
Benefits
The company offers a comprehensive benefits package focusing on physical, mental, emotional, and financial wellbeing, supporting work-life balance and community engagement.
