About the Role
We are seeking an Email Marketing Manager who will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing lifecycle and campaign email programs. This position focuses on managing email deliverability, segmentation strategies, and conducting experiments to improve metrics such as open rates, clicks, and revenue.
Primary Responsibilities
- Design and implement lifecycle, nurture, and broadcast email campaigns.
- Create and maintain segmentation and dynamic content logic frameworks.
- Oversee email automation workflows and trigger management.
- Conduct A/B testing on subject lines, email content, and delivery timing.
- Track and analyze deliverability, list health, and key engagement indicators.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with content, design, and growth teams to develop integrated email campaigns.
Required Skills and Experience
- Minimum of three years' experience in email or lifecycle marketing.
- Practical proficiency with email marketing platforms such as HubSpot, Marketo, Customer.io, or Iterable.
- Comprehensive knowledge of segmentation, personalization, and automation techniques.
- Working experience with HTML and CSS coding for emails.
- Strong understanding of email deliverability factors and compliance with regulations like CAN-SPAM and GDPR.
- Excellent copywriting instincts combined with data-driven analytical skills.

- Deep curiosity about audience behavior and motivation.
- Exceptional written communication and storytelling skills.
- A test-and-learn approach, quickly releasing campaigns and iterating based on performance data.
- Comfortable working asynchronously with globally distributed teams across different time zones.
