Role Overview
We are seeking an Email Marketing Manager to strategize, execute, and optimize lifecycle and campaign-based email initiatives. This role is responsible for managing deliverability, segmentation strategies, and experimentation to enhance open rates, click-throughs, and revenue generation.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement lifecycle, nurture, and broadcast email campaigns.
- Create and sustain segmentation models and dynamic content frameworks.
- Oversee email automation workflows and associated triggers.
- Conduct A/B testing focused on subject lines, message content, and timing of sends.
- Track deliverability metrics, maintain list quality, and analyze user engagement data.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including content, design, and growth for integrated campaign initiatives.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Minimum of three years' experience in email or lifecycle marketing.
- Proficient in marketing platforms such as HubSpot, Marketo, Customer.io, or Iterable.
- In-depth knowledge of segmentation techniques, personalization strategies, and automation workflows.
- Familiarity with HTML and CSS as they pertain to email design.
- Comprehensive understanding of email deliverability challenges and compliance with regulations like CAN-SPAM and GDPR.
- Strong aptitude for copywriting and data-driven analysis.
