Elevator Troubleshooting Expert

Role Overview

We are seeking a skilled Elevator Troubleshooting Expert to join our team full-time at our Dubai facility. The position is dedicated to diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining elevator systems to guarantee safe and efficient operation across the premises.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform routine inspections and identify faults in mechanical, electrical, and control systems of various elevator brands.
• Respond promptly to elevator breakdowns and implement corrective solutions.
• Carry out preventive maintenance and document all service activities thoroughly.
• Collaborate with facility management and external vendors as needed to resolve issues and ensure system reliability.
• Monitor and ensure compliance with safety standards and recommend system upgrades or improvements.
• Provide training to team members on correct elevator operation and basic safety measures.

Qualifications and Expertise

• Proven expertise in diagnosing and troubleshooting elevator mechanical, electrical, and control systems.
• Hands-on experience in maintenance, repair, preventive servicing, and conducting safety inspections of elevators.
• Familiarity with safety codes, regulations, and standards applicable to vertical transportation systems.
• Ability to interpret technical manuals, wiring diagrams, schematics, and maintenance records.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills to effectively interact with facility staff, vendors, and service providers.
• Meticulous attention to detail, organizational abilities, and skill in prioritizing tasks in a dynamic work environment.
• Relevant certification or technical qualification in elevator technology, electrical engineering, or related fields.
• Prior experience in elevator servicing or maintenance within industrial or commercial environments is preferred.
• Dedication to workplace safety policies and the ability to work on-site in Dubai consistently.
