Electronics Associate

Position Overview

The Electronics Associate plays a pivotal role within a specialized department, focusing on driving sales through expert product knowledge and exceptional customer service.

Primary Duties

• Prioritize customer service, ensuring client interactions take precedence over routine tasks.
• Assist shoppers by providing detailed product information, responding to inquiries, recommending products, and retrieving items from secured cabinets.
• Carry out comprehensive floor associate responsibilities, including deep zone management, CAP/VizPick Process, PinPoint process, implementing price changes, managing feature displays, and zoning.
• Arrange and complete modular setups as required.
• Support promotional activities such as charity events, Walmart Mastercard offers, Walmart Protection Plan, and the OMNI extended aisle program.
• Lead and facilitate in-store product launches of complex items and provide training or advice to various store sections as needed.

Compensation

The starting hourly wage for this position is $16.05 (CAD).

• Applicants must be at least 16 years of age.
