Job description
Position Overview
The Electronics Associate plays a key role in driving sales within a specialized segment of the store, requiring strong product knowledge and customer interaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Prioritize providing exceptional customer service, focusing on customer interactions over tasks.
- Assist customers by sharing product details, answering inquiries, suggesting suitable products, and accessing merchandise stored in locked cabinets.
- Complete various standard floor duties such as deep zone cleaning, CAP/VizPick process, PinPoint process, updating price changes, featuring products in the home section, and maintaining proper zoning.
- Set up and complete modular displays effectively.
- Promote corporate initiatives including charity events, Walmart Mastercard, Walmart Protection Plan, and the OMNI extended aisle offerings.
- Lead and support in-store launches of new, complex products and provide training or guidance to staff in other departments as needed.
Compensation
The role offers a minimum hourly wage starting at $16.15.
