Job description
Position Summary
This role is for a Department Specialized Associate focused on boosting sales within a highly specialized segment of our electronics department. Expert product knowledge is crucial for success in this position.
Key Responsibilities
- Prioritize customer service, valuing each customer interaction above routine tasks.
- Assist customers with purchasing by providing detailed product information, responding to questions, recommending suitable items, and retrieving products from secured cabinets.
- Carry out comprehensive floor associate duties such as deep zoning, CAP/VizPick Process, PinPoint process, price updates, feature-to-home arrangements, and zoning responsibilities.
- Set up and complete display modulars effectively.
- Promote various programs including charity events, Walmart Mastercard, Walmart Protection Plan, and OMNI extended aisle offerings.
- Lead in-store product launches for complex items and provide training or guidance to other store departments as needed.
Additional Information
