Job Summary
This electrician role involves expertise in designing, installing, maintaining, and repairing electrical systems, wiring, and equipment while ensuring all work complies with safety standards and relevant electrical codes.
Key Responsibilities
- Install wiring, cables, conduits, circuit breakers, transformers, lighting fixtures, switches, and electrical outlets accurately.
- Diagnose electrical issues using instruments such as multimeters and voltmeters, repairing or replacing defective components.
- Analyze technical diagrams, blueprints, and schematics to plan and implement electrical layouts.
- Adhere strictly to the National Electrical Code (NEC) and local safety and building regulations during all installations and repairs.
- Conduct routine safety checks and perform preventative maintenance on electrical equipment across commercial, residential, and industrial settings.
