Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Electrician to manage daily electrical maintenance and troubleshoot issues within our office premises. This role involves handling various electrical components such as wiring, switches, sockets, lights, fans, MCBs, and distribution boards to ensure safe and efficient operations.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine electrical maintenance and promptly address electrical faults or breakdowns.
• Install, repair, replace, and maintain electrical equipment and fixtures with precision.
• Inspect electrical connections to guarantee the proper operation of electrical systems.
• Respond effectively to electrical complaints and maintenance requests from internal teams.
• Conduct preventive maintenance on electrical systems to minimize downtime and issues.
• Adhere strictly to safety protocols during all electrical work to ensure a safe working environment.
• Keep accurate records of repairs, maintenance activities, and materials utilized.
• Liaise with vendors or specialized technicians when complex electrical tasks arise.

Qualifications and Skills

• Proficient in handling electrical wiring, switches, sockets, lighting, fans, MCBs, and distribution boards.
• Ability to diagnose and resolve electrical issues efficiently.
• Understanding of standard electrical safety procedures and preventive maintenance practices.
• Good organizational skills to maintain maintenance records.
• Effective communication and coordination skills for working with teams and external vendors.

Additional Information

Salary ranges from 10,000 to 22,000 INR per month. This position is based in Bengaluru, Karnataka, India, and requires presence on-site to manage electrical operations within the office premises.
