Project Details
Engage in the National Highways Authority of India (NHAI) Annual Maintenance project focused on highway electrical systems.
Job Overview
This role requires an electrician responsible for maintaining various highway electrical infrastructures including street lights, high-mast lighting, LED fixtures, cables, feeder panels, MCBs/MCCBs, and junction boxes along the highway corridor.
Key Duties and Tasks
- Identify faults and perform troubleshooting on electrical installations.
- Carry out repairs on cables and joints as needed.
- Replace lighting units and other electrical components when required.
- Conduct routine preventive maintenance to ensure efficient functioning of all electrical equipment.
- Respond promptly to electrical breakdowns encountered along the project path.
Candidate Profile and Requirements
- Preferably have at least three years of hands-on experience in highway, street-light, or outdoor electrical maintenance.
- Educational qualifications should ideally include an ITI certification in Electrician trade.
Compensation
Monthly salary ranges from INR 18,000 to INR 27,000.
