Electrical Technician

Job Overview

We seek a proficient Electrician/Electrical Technician to execute residential and commercial electrical tasks including wiring, maintenance, and servicing needs.

Primary Duties

• Carry out electrical wiring and installation for houses and buildings.
• Set up and maintain CCTV wiring and associated electrical connections.
• Perform routine electrical repairs, maintenance, and troubleshooting activities.
• Respond to electrical emergencies and breakdown service calls promptly.
• Install, maintain, and troubleshoot inverter and UPS systems.
• Inspect, maintain, replace, and service inverter batteries.
• Manage car battery installation, replacement, and perform fundamental battery-related services.
• Identify and resolve electrical faults and wiring problems efficiently.
• Conduct preventive maintenance as well as repairs on electrical systems.
• Adhere strictly to safety protocols and electrical standards during all work tasks.

Candidate Requirements

• Solid understanding of electrical wiring, fault diagnosis, and maintenance procedures.
• Experience working with CCTV wiring, inverter and UPS systems, and battery handling.
• Capability to address equipment breakdowns and perform on-site service visits.
• Basic familiarity with automotive electrical systems and car batteries.
• Strong problem-solving abilities along with a conscientious work ethic.
• Educational background such as ITI or Diploma in Electrical Engineering is advantageous.
