Role Overview

We are seeking experienced Electrical Supervisors or Electrical Chargehands to join our expanding team working on a pharmaceutical project based in Limerick. The position offers a permanent full-time role within Dornan's ambitious and supportive project teams, where individual contributions and ideas are valued and recognized.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee and facilitate daily project activities across MEP, construction, and commissioning phases.
• Collaborate closely with supervisors, engineers, subcontractors, and client representatives to ensure smooth coordination.
• Track progress, maintain quality standards, and ensure adherence to project specifications.
• Assist in project planning, manage documentation, and compile reports as required.
• Quickly resolve any onsite challenges to keep the project momentum.
• Champion a safety-first culture consistent with Dornan’s values.
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives throughout project delivery.

Qualifications & Experience

• Holder of Electrical Craft Certificate.
• Demonstrable experience in MEP installation, large-scale pharmaceutical projects, or commissioning activities.
• Strong technical knowledge of construction processes.
• Excellent communication and coordination capabilities.
• Aptitude for working effectively in fast-paced environments driven by critical milestones.
• Committed to teamwork, safety, and high-quality standards.
