Job Overview

This position involves overseeing daily administrative operations, managing electrical maintenance and related vendors, and ensuring the seamless workflow within the diagnostic lab.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise daily administrative tasks alongside electrical duties.
• Manage contracts and relationships with Electrical, DG, and AC equipment vendors.
• Handle basic electrical repair work and maintenance management.
• Maintain comprehensive records including documentation, billing, and data entry tasks.
• Oversee inventory control and assist in procuring laboratory supplies.
• Collaborate efficiently with lab technicians, vendors, and internal departments.
• Address patient inquiries and contribute to uninterrupted lab services.
• Ensure workplace hygiene and enforce adherence to company policies.
• Lead the housekeeping team and security personnel.

Required Qualifications and Skills

• Minimum educational attainment of ITI certification.
• 1 to 3 years experience in administration and electrical work.
• Basic proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel.
• Effective communication, coordination, and organizational capabilities.
