iFuture iVision's systems team brings over a decade of expertise in delivering vision-based automation solutions, successfully implementing projects across diverse industries. Their specialization includes 2D and 3D vision systems, vision-based automated mechanical machines, conveyors, and PLC-based electrical control panels.
Key Responsibilities
- Execute wiring and assembly of SPM and industrial machine control panels.
- Handle PLC panel wiring, equipment wiring, distribution board (DB) dressing, and servo motor wiring tasks.
- Manage cable routing efficiently and perform control panel assembly along with layout planning.
- Conduct electrical testing, troubleshoot issues, and support commissioning activities at client locations.
- Adhere to operational protocols and safety standards on-site.
Candidate Requirements
- Possess 1 to 3 years of relevant experience in electrical panel wiring within industrial machinery.
- Proficiency in PLC panel wiring and servo motor wiring is essential.
- Knowledge of cable management techniques and control panel structure.
- Must hold a valid driving license and be comfortable using a bike for site visits.
- Immediate availability to join is highly preferred.
- Educational qualifications include ITI certification in any specialization, Diploma in any specialization, or B.Tech/B.E. in any discipline.
