We are looking for a skilled Electrical Estimator specializing in substations to join our vibrant team. This is a permanent, full-time position offering an annual salary ranging from $120,000 to $200,000, along with comprehensive company-paid benefits.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop detailed cost estimates for electrical substation, transmission, and battery energy storage system construction projects, encompassing labor, materials, and equipment expenses.
- Analyze and interpret blueprints, technical plans, and specifications to grasp project scope and requirements.
- Ensure all estimates and projects adhere to applicable electrical codes and regulations.
- Collaborate closely with project managers, engineers, and contractors to obtain comprehensive data for accurate estimating.
- Create and submit competitive proposals and bids aimed at securing new projects.
- Utilize industry-standard estimating software, including Accubid and EBM, to enhance the precision and efficiency of estimates.
Required Qualifications
- At least 5 years of experience in electrical estimating with a focus on substations, transmission, or medium/high voltage utility projects.
- Strong proficiency in Accubid and EBM estimating tools.
- Comprehensive knowledge of electrical codes and compliance requirements.
- Advanced ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings accurately.
- Proven track record of preparing precise cost estimates and proposals.
