Key Responsibilities

• Create electrical building services designs, technical specifications, and drawings.
• Assist in project planning, coordination, and execution.
• Support the development of lighting, power distribution, and other electrical systems.
• Collaborate closely with senior engineers and multidisciplinary design teams.
• Prepare technical documentation, reports, and design calculations.
• Ensure compliance with Irish and UK standards and regulations.
• Participate in design meetings and communicate with project stakeholders.
• Maintain high technical standards in project delivery.

Candidate Profile

• Degree qualified in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
• Between 2 to 6 years of experience, specifically within electrical building services design at an engineering consultancy.
• Familiarity with the Irish or UK engineering markets is vital.
• Good knowledge of electrical building services systems, pertinent design standards, and regulations.
• Proficient in relevant electrical design software.
• Strong skills in communication, organization, and problem solving.
• Able to work effectively within multidisciplinary teams.
