Job description
Role Overview
This position involves working as a Field Service Engineer within the Service Department. The incumbent reports to the Manager and will operate primarily from various customer locations as required.
Key Responsibilities
- Respond to customer service requests by visiting sites to provide on-site support.
- Identify and rectify issues related to hardware components, wiring defects, sensor malfunctions, power supply irregularities, and communication faults.
- Conduct installation and commissioning of new devices at customer factory sites, adhering strictly to standard operating procedures (SOPs) for hardware mounting on machinery.
Qualifications and Experience
- Diploma, ITI, or any graduate degree in Electrical or related fields.
- Experience ranging from no prior experience up to 2 years in the relevant area.
Compensation
Monthly salary is offered between 15,000 and 20,000 INR.
