Our Perth-based Resources team is expanding due to increasing demand and project acquisitions. We seek an experienced Electrical Engineer to contribute significantly to the planning, design, and execution of electrical systems for major industrial and mining ventures.

Key Duties

• Lead the development and implementation of electrical engineering solutions during project studies, capital works, and delivery phases.
• Design and oversee medium and low voltage power distribution systems, including transformers, switchgear, motors, protection systems, and related industrial infrastructure.
• Work collaboratively alongside multidisciplinary teams and global delivery units to achieve project goals.
• Offer mentorship and technical support to junior and developing engineers.
• Establish and nurture client relationships, contributing to business expansion within the resources industry.

Qualifications and Experience

• Pursuit or possession of a Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering.
• Chartered Engineer status preferred or actively working towards achieving this accreditation.
• Proven experience in electrical engineering roles within the mining and resources sectors.
• Strong understanding of electrical power systems, including distribution networks, protection mechanisms, and industrial electrical installations.
• Competency in conducting studies, detailed designs, commissioning, and managing project deliveries.
