About the Role

Educonnect Solutions is seeking a dedicated Educational Counsellor to lead enrollment efforts for its Online MBA offerings. This full-time role requires a proactive professional skilled in communication, client engagement, and lead conversion to effectively guide prospective students through the admission journey.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide counseling to potential students about Online MBA programs via telephone, email, and virtual platforms.
• Convert prospective leads into confirmed enrollments efficiently.
• Manage and support clients from initial inquiry through to final admission, ensuring a positive client experience.
• Meet or exceed assigned monthly and quarterly enrollment targets consistently.
• Carry out lead generation activities, conduct timely follow-ups, and close admissions successfully.
• Maintain precise records of client information using CRM tools.
• Establish and nurture long-term relationships with students to enhance satisfaction and retention.

Candidate Requirements

• Demonstrate diligence, sincerity, and punctuality.
• Possess excellent English verbal and written communication skills.
• Have a strong orientation towards achieving sales targets.
• Previous experience in educational counseling, inside sales, or lead generation is essential.
• Exhibit sound client handling and relationship management capabilities.
• Flexible to work without shift timing restrictions.
