Job Responsibilities

• Provide personalized counseling to students regarding optimal international education destinations, programs, and universities, factoring in their academic records, preferences, and career objectives.
• Conduct one-on-one sessions to assist students through applications and documentation required for studying overseas.
• Liaise with universities and educational partners internationally to facilitate student placements.
• Organize and deliver informative presentations and workshops for students and their families.
• Address inquiries from students and families promptly and professionally.
• Maintain detailed and accurate records using internal systems to track student progress and communications.
• Collaborate with colleagues to refine service procedures and enhance the student experience.
• Keep up-to-date with global trends and changes in international education to provide informed guidance.

Candidate Requirements

• Strong consulting abilities, including assessing student needs and advising effectively through complex decision-making processes.
• Excellent communication skills, both oral and written, enabling clear explanation of study requirements to diverse audiences.
• Customer service excellence showing empathy, promptness, and professionalism in all engagements with students.
• Bachelor’s degree in Education, Counseling, International Relations, or related disciplines is preferred.
• Prior experience in academic advising, student counseling, or within international education services is advantageous.
• Capability to collaborate in a diverse team environment and handle multiple student cases concurrently.
• Familiarity with standard office software and basic CRM or student management platforms is a plus.
