About the Role
As an Education Counsellor at Learnx Edtech, you will guide prospective students through online undergraduate and postgraduate programs, supporting their academic and career advancement.
Key Responsibilities
- Advise potential students on various UG and PG online programs available.
- Engage with inbound and outbound prospects via phone calls, WhatsApp messaging, and emails.
- Assess students' career aspirations to suggest the most appropriate educational pathways.
- Follow up persistently with leads to convert inquiries into confirmed admissions.
- Establish and nurture positive relationships with both students and their parents throughout the admission process.
- Meet established monthly targets for student admissions and revenue generation.
- Keep precise and up-to-date records in the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system, ensuring timely communication.
- Collaborate closely with the admissions department to ensure smooth enrollment procedures.
