Job Overview
This role entails working as a Tele Counsellor based in Gurgaon Sector 18, responsible for engaging potential students through outbound calls, comprehensively explaining course offerings, and guiding them towards suitable options.
Key Responsibilities
- Initiate outbound calls to potential students or clients to describe available educational programs and services.
- Assess customer needs to provide appropriate advice and support.
- Conduct timely follow-ups with interested prospects to convert inquiries into confirmed admissions or sales.
- Maintain detailed records of calls, client information, and follow-up activities.
- Meet or exceed daily and monthly performance objectives.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Strong verbal communication and persuasive abilities.
- Good interpersonal skills with a focus on customer satisfaction.
- Basic familiarity with computers and competence in Microsoft Office tools.
- Open to candidates without prior work experience.
