Key Responsibilities

• Support editorial processes by managing assigned scholarly journals efficiently.
• Work collaboratively with editors and publishing personnel to ensure journals operate seamlessly.
• Oversee manuscript progress from submission to final editorial decisions using an online management system.
• Conduct thorough technical and administrative checks to make sure manuscripts comply with journal standards throughout the review stages.
• Handle a substantial volume of internal and external email communications, delivering excellent service to authors, reviewers, and colleagues.
• Track and facilitate timely completion of the peer review process among various stakeholders.
• Generate precise and regular performance status reports to inform key stakeholders.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Applicants must hold a Bachelor's or Master's degree in any scientific discipline.
• Strong proficiency in English communication is essential.
• This is an in-office role based in Coimbatore.
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.

Eligibility

Open to candidates with degrees in Food Technology, Mathematics, Microbiology, Physics, Zoology, Biochemistry, Bioinformatics, Biology, Botany, Chemistry, Biotechnology, Environmental Science, or related science fields.

Compensation

The salary range offered is INR 250,000 to INR 275,000 per year.
