  • Analyze current ecosystem strengths, gaps, dependencies, and potential areas for growth.
  • Design short to long-term strategic roadmaps for ecosystem development, continually refining based on market trends and partner performance.
  • Develop comprehensive maps of ecosystem participants, assessing their capabilities, influence, and value.
  • Cultivate a portfolio of strategic ecosystem relationships and pursue multi-party collaborative ventures with clear value propositions.
  • Lead partner identification, qualification, recruitment, onboarding, and ongoing activation.
  • Craft and oversee ecosystem-led go-to-market plans, managing joint target markets, propositions, and revenue objectives alongside partners.
  • Drive ecosystem revenue growth via partner-influenced channels including cross-selling, upselling, and solution bundling.
  • Create and supervise ecosystem sales pipelines, monitor opportunity progression, and address pipeline gaps and risks.
  • Design programs to activate and engage ecosystem participants, with continuous process enhancements.
  • Measure and track a comprehensive set of performance metrics including revenue, pipeline coverage, partner recruitment and retention, customer acquisition, conversion rates, joint initiatives performance, and ecosystem return on investment.

Candidate Profile

  • Demonstrated expertise in ecosystem management, strategic partnerships, business development, channel or alliance management, platform strategy, and go-to-market tactics.
  • Proven track record of building and nurturing business ecosystems and partnerships that deliver strategic and commercial success.
  • Strong business acumen, negotiation skills, and strategic planning abilities.
  • Experience managing multi-party initiatives and working with senior executives and external stakeholders.
  • Advanced skills with Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint; familiarity with CRM systems such as Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics, or HubSpot; and experience with partner relationship management or ecosystem platforms are advantageous.
