Role Overview

The position of Ecommerce Warehouse Executive is a full-time role based onsite in New Delhi. Responsibilities encompass receiving and inspecting inventory, correctly picking and packaging orders, and preparing shipments according to company protocols. The role involves keeping warehouse shelves orderly, conducting stock level monitoring, and updating inventory records in collaboration with the warehouse management team.

Key Responsibilities

• Receive and inspect incoming stock for accuracy and quality.
• Pick and pack orders accurately and efficiently.
• Prepare shipments following company standards.
• Maintain organized storage shelves and clean warehouse workspace.
• Monitor stock levels and coordinate inventory updates.
• Assist with customer service queries related to order dispatch and delivery.
• Communicate with internal teams to resolve order or shipment issues.
• Adhere strictly to safety and quality procedures to ensure smooth warehouse operations.

Candidate Profile and Skills

• Strong packing abilities, demonstrating attention to detail and careful handling of electronic components.
• Good communication skills and ability to assist with basic customer service.
• Inventory management skills including stock checking, labeling, and record maintenance.
• Basic warehouse management knowledge including shelf organization and workspace maintenance.
• Computer literacy and familiarity with e-commerce or ERP systems are favored.
• Physical capability to lift and move packages safely and stand for long durations.
• Familiarity with standard operating procedures and safety standards.
• Experience in e-commerce warehouse, logistics, or retail sectors is advantageous but not required.
• Graduate degree preferred.
