Ecommerce Specialist

Position Overview

We seek an attentive and proactive Ecommerce Operations Specialist to handle the complete online order fulfillment lifecycle. This role focuses on managing Amazon FBA and FBM operations, website order processing, logistics coordination, inventory supervision, and ensuring excellent customer service and timely deliveries.

Core Responsibilities

• Manage daily operations for Amazon Marketplace including both FBA and FBM.
• Create and execute FBA shipping plans and manage inventory replenishment at fulfillment centers.
• Monitor the health of FBA inventory and advise reorder timelines.
• Oversee FBM orders from receipt through dispatch and resolve any order-related issues including returns, reimbursements, and claims.
• Ensure account health metrics compliance with Amazon’s policies and collaborate with teams to maintain product listings and inventory availability.
• Process and supervise all orders from the company's website, ensuring verification, timely dispatch, and tracking until delivery.
• Address customer inquiries related to shipping, cancellations, and returns, and maintain synchronized inventory between the warehouse and website.
• Coordinate with logistics partners like Shiprocket, Delivery Now, and other courier services, scheduling pickups, monitoring shipments, and resolving delays or disputes.
• Track courier performance, handle documentation, and escalate operational issues when necessary.
• Supervise inventory levels across Amazon FBA, FBM, and website stock, coordinate with warehouse teams for fulfillment, and conduct regular stock audits to prevent shortages or overstock.
• Generate daily and weekly reports on order fulfillment encompassing KPIs such as processing time, dispatch SLA, delivery success, returns, and inventory status.
• Analyze operational data to identify bottlenecks and recommend improvements, creating and implementing standard operating procedures (SOPs).
• Work closely with Sales, Marketing, Customer Support, and Warehouse teams to ensure streamlined operations.

Essential Qualifications and Experience

• Proven experience managing Amazon Seller Central for both FBA and FBM models.
• Hands-on experience with e-commerce platforms like Shopify or WooCommerce.
• Knowledge of courier and shipment management platforms such as Shiprocket and Delivery Now.
• Solid understanding of inventory and warehouse management practices.
• Strong communication skills and ability to coordinate across teams.
• Proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets for data handling and reporting.
• Analytical mindset with problem-solving aptitude and capacity to multitask in a dynamic environment.

Preferred Background

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Commerce, Supply Chain, Operations, or related disciplines.
• 2-3 years of practical experience in e-commerce operations.
• Previous work experience in FMCG, nutraceuticals, healthcare, or direct-to-consumer brands is an advantage.
• Familiarity with Amazon advertising, marketplace analytics, and ERP/OMS systems is beneficial.
