Role Overview

The Ecommerce Manager is responsible for managing the daily operations of online sales, ensuring an efficient and pleasant shopping experience on all digital platforms. This position, based full-time on-site in Al Khobar, requires oversight of product listings, pricing strategies, promotional activities, and inventory control within the ecommerce system.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle product catalog management and ensure pricing and promotions are up to date and accurate.
• Monitor ecommerce platform performance and analyze site data to optimize sales metrics such as conversion rates, average order value, and customer retention.
• Collaborate closely with marketing and sales teams to coordinate campaign strategies and merchandising.
• Partner with customer service to resolve customer issues, collect feedback, and streamline processes.
• Maintain alignment with company business goals and uphold brand standards.

Qualifications and Skills

• Strong analytical abilities for interpreting ecommerce data and tracking key performance indicators to inform decision making.
• Effective communication skills for interaction with internal teams and external collaborators.
• Demonstrated background in ecommerce operations, including oversight of online sales catalogs and promotional management.
• Marketing acumen to assist with digital campaigns and strategies aimed at customer engagement.
• Experience with ecommerce platforms, web analytics, and foundational knowledge in SEO and user experience principles.
• A bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Ecommerce or comparable practical experience.
