Role Summary
This position is for an Ecommerce Manager based in Dubai. The role centers on shaping eCommerce growth plans, strengthening customer partnerships, improving digital capabilities, and using data to support stronger commercial decisions across channels and brands.
Key Responsibilities
- Design long-term digital commerce plans that define growth goals, customer priorities, and the capabilities needed to execute them.
- Strengthen strategic alignment with customers and internal cross-functional teams to unlock growth and value creation.
- Drive ongoing improvement in digital capabilities across DAM, content, packaging, net sales, P&L, and analytics reporting.
- Use data and reporting insights to support sharper and more ambitious decision-making.
- Introduce personalized and differentiated innovations with strong execution standards.
- Develop high-quality content that improves click-through and conversion performance for Colgate-Palmolive categories.
- Set the key metrics for digital shelf performance, monitor them through scorecards, and recommend corrective actions where needed.
- Apply a full-funnel digital approach to influence demand and purchase behavior across consumer journeys.
- Build strong category growth plans across sub-channels and create promotion strategies.
- Identify and activate commercial opportunities at brand, category, and full portfolio level.
- Work with consumer marketing to align 360-degree communications and support campaigns across digital platforms.
- Forecast and track annual sales, traffic split, marketing investment, and channel results for eCommerce retailers.
- Coordinate with agencies on digital marketing activity to improve traffic-driving efforts.
- Manage relationships with digital technology platforms to create mutually beneficial business opportunities.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders including consumer marketing, retail marketing, key accounts, supply chain, and customers to deliver the commercial strategy.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree, ideally in Economics, Management, or a related discipline.
- At least 4 years of experience in eCommerce marketing or account management.
- Background in a multinational FMCG environment with leading brands is preferred.
- Strong command of English.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office or Google Workspace tools such as Sheets, Slides, and Docs.
