Role Overview

This full-time, on-site position is located in the United Arab Emirates, seeking an Ecommerce Coordinator. The coordinator will be responsible for managing and updating product listings on various online platforms, maintaining accuracy in content, pricing, and inventory data. Key duties include monitoring ecommerce site performance, coordinating online promotions, and collaborating with sales, marketing, and operations teams to drive online sales growth. The role also entails tracking and interpreting ecommerce metrics, handling customer queries online, and ensuring an engaging and seamless digital shopping experience. The coordinator will also support the adoption of ecommerce best practices and contribute innovative ideas to enhance customer engagement and increase conversion rates.

Qualifications and Skills

• Strong understanding of ecommerce operations with experience on online marketplaces or retail platforms.
• Analytical capability to monitor KPIs, interpret data insights, and optimize sales performance.
• Excellent customer service aptitude for managing online inquiries and resolving issues effectively.
• Good communication skills to work collaboratively across internal teams and clearly convey findings.
• Awareness or background in sales to assist in boosting revenue and supporting promotions.
• Proficiency in MS Excel or equivalent tools for generating reports and performing data analysis.
• Experience with ecommerce platforms such as Shopify, Magento, or major marketplaces is advantageous.
• Educational background including a diploma or bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related disciplines is preferred.
• Ability to manage multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced retail setting on-site in the UAE.
