About the Role
Our client, a New Zealand-based clothing manufacturer specializing in high-quality garments made from premium natural fibers, is seeking an Ecommerce Coordinator to join their team in Auckland. This role entails management and ongoing enhancement of multiple brand websites and third-party platforms with a focus on excellent customer communication and alignment with marketing and social media activities.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and optimize Shopify platforms across all brands, ensuring strong platform performance and brand consistency.
- Curate and maintain flawless product content, including accurate data, metadata, imagery, descriptions, SEO, and product merchandising.
- Align website initiatives with marketing campaigns and social activations to enhance customer engagement.
- Handle daily website-related emails and respond promptly to inquiries.
- Oversee affiliate website operations, CRM strategy development, and continuous improvement of segmentation, email flows, and lead generation tactics.
- Perform coding tasks involving HTML, and work on SEO, conversion rate optimization (CRO), and user experience (UX) enhancements.
- Edit images and manage loyalty and brand-specific programs.
Candidate Requirements
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in ecommerce, preferably in high-end direct-to-consumer clothing or luxury brand environments managing multiple brands.
- Strong proficiency with website performance analytics and data interpretation.
- Demonstrated skills in image editing and copywriting.
- Passion for fashion and sustainability, comfortable working within a small, dedicated team committed to international growth.
