Role Overview
This role involves comprehensive oversight of order fulfillment operations across various e-commerce platforms, ensuring efficient product listings and seamless coordination with multiple teams.
Key Duties and Responsibilities
- Oversee the entire order management process on platforms such as Amazon and Flipkart.
- Generate and validate shipping labels, then coordinate with the packing team for dispatch.
- Collaborate closely with the packing department to guarantee timely shipment.
- Efficiently manage seller portals and perform daily operational tasks.
- Create new product listings with precise titles, images, and details to enhance catalog quality.
- Maintain effective communication with corporate partners, logistics, and supply chain teams.
- Address and resolve issues related to orders, labels, and supply proactively.
- Ensure smooth interdepartmental communication to prevent disruptions in order processing.
Candidate Requirements
- Strong practical experience working with Amazon, Flipkart, and similar e-commerce platforms.
