About the Role

Join a globally connected, collaborative professional team as an eBilling Assistant in the London office. This role is part of the Finance function, which manages financial matters for the London office and coordinates international offices' financial affairs. The eBilling department includes eBilling Analysts, Assistants, and an Administrator.

Work Schedule

The standard workweek is 35 hours from 9:30am to 5:30pm, with some expectation of extra hours as needed. The company supports agile and flexible working arrangements, with hybrid work allowing for up to 40% remote work and 60% on-site presence.

Key Responsibilities

  • Generate and submit electronic invoices using various client-specific eBilling platforms.
  • Manage and update the eBilling portal for accuracy and timely submissions.
  • Resolve issues such as upload failures, missing data, and discrepancies flagged by alerts or client feedback.
  • Collaborate with finance staff, partners, PAs, and international finance teams to ensure efficient billing processes.
  • Coordinate accrual reporting to satisfy client requirements.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Possess at least A-Level education or equivalent; minimum GCSE depending on age and experience.
  • Practical experience with eBilling and working knowledge of Elite 3E software.
