Role Overview

As a full-time Early Childhood Educator based in Patna, you will foster the comprehensive development of young learners within a preschool setting.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and execute engaging, play-oriented, inquiry-based learning activities suitable for young children.
• Create and maintain a welcoming, secure, inclusive, and stimulating classroom atmosphere.
• Support and encourage children’s social, emotional, intellectual, and physical growth.
• Observe, record, and evaluate children's learning processes and milestones.
• Establish positive rapport with children, their families, and educational staff.
• Prepare and arrange educational materials and resources effectively.
• Participate in school events and activities that connect with the community.
• Collaborate closely with fellow educators and classroom assistants.
• Manage classroom routines, maintain records, portfolios, and documentation diligently.
• Adhere to Dibber’s pedagogical standards, educational policies, and procedures.

Candidate Profile and Qualifications

Ideal candidates possess a true enthusiasm for early childhood education and are dedicated to crafting enriching learning experiences.

• Possess a relevant diploma or degree in Early Childhood Education, Child Development, Psychology, B.Ed., or related disciplines.
• Have zero to two years’ experience in preschool, childcare, or early years education; fresh graduates with the appropriate passion and mindset are encouraged to apply.
• Understand Early Childhood Development and principles of play-based learning.
• Prior experience in a preschool or childcare environment is advantageous.

This role is based at Dibber International Preschools in Patna, Bihar, India. It is a full-time position requiring onsite presence.
