E-commerce Order Management Executive

About the Role

We are seeking an E-commerce Order Management Executive to oversee the end-to-end order lifecycle for online sales platforms. This role requires collaborating closely with internal departments, warehouse staff, logistics providers, and marketplace partners to ensure smooth and timely order fulfillment.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle and process daily orders from e-commerce channels, including websites and marketplaces like Amazon and Flipkart.
• Ensure orders are booked, processed, dispatched, and delivered within established service level agreements.
• Track the progression of orders from placement to final delivery, maintaining proof of delivery documentation for completed shipments.
• Liaise with warehouse, commercial, logistics, and customer support teams for seamless order completion.
• Monitor inventory levels and coordinate resolution for stock-related concerns.
• Identify and address discrepancies in orders, pricing issues, and stock variances.
• Track shipments and proactively follow up on delayed deliveries.
• Manage processes related to returns, cancellations, exchanges, and reverse logistics.
• Compile and deliver daily and weekly management information system (MIS) reports concerning order volumes, fulfillment performance, delivery timelines, and SLA adherence.
• Ensure order accuracy and monitor on-time deliveries and return trends.
• Spot operational inefficiencies and implement corrective measures to enhance workflow effectiveness.
• Maintain accurate records and uphold compliance with company standard operating procedures and marketplace regulations.

Qualifications and Experience

• Graduate degree in any discipline.
• 2 to 5 years of relevant experience in e-commerce operations, order management, marketplace operations, order processing, fulfillment, or logistics operations is preferred.
