Role Summary

As an E-Commerce Operations Executive based in Mahadevapura, Whitefield, you will oversee the end-to-end daily operations of e-commerce activities, including order management, dispatch, inventory oversight, and warehouse functions across both B2C and B2B platforms.

Key Responsibilities

• Process and execute orders from B2C and B2B channels through to dispatch.
• Manage multi-platform shipment operations including Amazon, Flipkart, and Q-commerce.
• Coordinate B2B dispatch activities such as FBA and Q-commerce shipments.
• Monitor shipments and liaise with logistics partners to guarantee punctual delivery.
• Manage the purchase order lifecycle and ensure related documentation is completed.
• Conduct daily warehouse tasks comprising picking, packing, stock movement, and final dispatch.
• Keep precise records of stock and orders.
• Work closely with the warehouse staff to achieve timely fulfillment.
• Address and resolve any operational discrepancies within warehouse processes.
• Utilize Order Management System (OMS) and Warehouse Management System (WMS) software for operational tasks.
• Compile and maintain reports and operational data using Excel and Google Sheets.
• Delegate tasks within the team according to operational priorities and supervise daily picking, packing, and dispatch activities.

Candidate Requirements

• 2 to 5 years of professional experience in e-commerce operations, order processing, and warehouse management.
• Proficiency in Excel and Google Sheets for data management and reporting.
• Experience handling orders and inventory management for both B2C and B2B channels.
• Familiarity with OMS and WMS platforms.
• Strong team leadership and coordination capabilities.
• Experience collaborating with major channel partners such as Amazon, Flipkart, and Q-commerce platforms.
• Effective communication skills in English, Kannada, and Hindi.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Fulfillment by Amazon (FBA) and Q-commerce dispatch management.
• Proven ability in executing multi-channel shipment operations.
• Understanding of logistics documentation and dispatch procedures related to B2B operations.

Working Conditions and Schedule

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Bengaluru’s Mahadevapura and Whitefield areas. Working days are Monday through Saturday, from 8:30 AM to 8:00 PM, following a rotational shift pattern.
