E-Commerce Operations Executive

About the Role

We are seeking a skilled E-Commerce Operations Executive to oversee and streamline order fulfillment and inventory management across various marketplaces. This role requires managing order processing, supervising packing and dispatch activities, and maintaining accurate stock levels.

Key Responsibilities

• Process orders across multiple e-commerce platforms efficiently.
• Oversee packing operations to ensure timely dispatch of all shipments.
• Utilize Unicommerce Inventory Management Software to monitor and manage stock.
• Conduct frequent stock audits to verify inventory accuracy.
• Prepare shipments for both FBA (Fulfillment by Amazon) and FBV (Fulfillment by Vendor) methods.
• Handle return processes and manage claims related to returns effectively.
• Possess knowledge of Shopify order processing and shipment via Shiprocket.

Candidate Requirements

• Must have between 2 to 4 years of experience in e-commerce operations.
• Male candidates only.
• Immediate joining availability is preferred.
