E-Commerce & Online Sales Executive

About the Role

Shri Ashapura Jewels, based in Jaipur, Rajasthan, is seeking a motivated and innovative E-Commerce and Online Sales Executive to enhance and manage the company's online sales channels.

Core Responsibilities

• Oversee daily e-commerce operations and sales activities.
• Respond to customer queries via WhatsApp, telephone, email, and various online platforms.
• Manage and update product details including descriptions, images, and pricing on e-commerce sites such as Etsy, eBay, Amazon, Alibaba, and the official website.
• Generate new sales leads and convert inquiries into confirmed sales.
• Maintain strong and ongoing customer relations through follow-ups.
• Coordinate order processing, payments, shipments, and provide after-sales service.
• Keep accurate records of product data and inventory.
• Collaborate with production, packing, and dispatch units to ensure smooth workflow.

Jewellery Photography and Image Editing

• Photograph 925 Sterling Silver and Gemstone Jewellery with expert attention to lighting, angles, and composition.
• Edit and retouch product images to enhance appearance for online platforms.
• Handle background removal, cropping, resizing, and image optimization for e-commerce use.
• Prepare images for websites and online marketplaces.
• Create basic promotional banners or creative visuals for online marketing when necessary.

Preferred Skills and Qualifications

• Proficiency in English and Hindi communication.
• Strong understanding of e-commerce platforms and online selling strategies.
• Basic skills in product photography and photo editing.
• Experience with Photoshop, Lightroom, Canva, or comparable editing software is desirable.
• Competency in Excel or Google Sheets for managing product and sales data.
• A sales-driven mindset with focus on achieving targets.
• High attention to detail, especially concerning jewellery items.
• Ability to learn quickly and work with autonomy.
• Previous experience in jewellery or e-commerce sectors is advantageous.

Additional Information

This role is based on-site in Jaipur and is not open to freelance photographers or external agencies.
