Role Overview

SADSCO is recruiting an E-commerce Manager to lead and optimize digital commerce activities across its brand portfolio. This includes key brands such as MARNYS, Pharma Nord, and Hisamitsu/Salonpas, alongside managing presence on marketplace platforms like Nahdi Online, Amazon, and Noon Health. Reporting to the Head of Commercial, the role is pivotal in the company's digital transformation and involves overseeing the redevelopment of the SADSCO website into a tiered commerce platform. The position is responsible for converting online visits into profitable repeat business while maintaining stringent compliance with SFDA regulations on every transaction.

Key Responsibilities

• Take full ownership of the e-commerce channel's P&L, establishing and meeting revenue, margin, and growth objectives across all online touchpoints.
• Manage and enhance SADSCO’s listings, pricing strategies, and promotional activities on Nahdi Online, Amazon, and Noon Health platforms.
• Identify bottlenecks and optimize all stages of the customer journey—from traffic acquisition through product viewing and cart additions to final checkout—on both the company’s website and marketplace stores.
• Develop and implement differentiated pricing that balances competitiveness online with brand value preservation, distinct from chain pharmacy channels.
• Lead the e-commerce platform redevelopment project collaborating with developers and agencies to deploy a tiered web model enabling transactional sales of OTC and supplements while generating leads.
• Ensure rigorous UTM tagging and accurate marketing-to-checkout tracking to measure channel-specific revenue contributions effectively.
• Coordinate with supply chain teams to ensure order fulfillment accuracy, stock availability, and timely delivery, promptly addressing any customer service concerns.
• Create and nurture online customer loyalty programs focusing on retention and repurchase by leveraging purchase and behavioral data for personalized marketing.
• Oversee paid digital marketing efforts via Google Ads and Meta in collaboration with internal or external teams, holding channels accountable to ROAS and CAC benchmarks.
• Ensure all online listings, marketing promotions, and campaigns receive necessary approvals from Regulatory Affairs and Pharmacovigilance and fully comply with SFDA e-pharmacy regulations.
• Develop the skills and capabilities of the e-commerce team and drive the organization’s overall digital commerce maturity as online operations expand.

Qualifications and Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related discipline; MBA is preferred.
• Demonstrated experience managing e-commerce operations, preferably within pharmaceuticals, healthcare, or FMCG sectors, with specific knowledge of KSA marketplaces like Nahdi Online, Amazon, and Noon.
• Expertise in e-commerce platforms, content management systems, and web/marketplace analytics tools.
• Fluency in both Arabic and English complemented by strong communication skills across functions.
• Strong commercial insight with proven ability to manage profit and loss, and defend pricing and margin strategies.
