Key Responsibilities
- Oversee and enhance product listings on various e-commerce channels.
- Implement marketing initiatives including SEO, conducting market research, and managing product categories.
- Analyze competitors and develop tactics to boost customer interaction.
- Manage day-to-day e-commerce operations such as order processing, fulfillment, and customer support.
- Work with marketing to devise pricing and promotional plans.
